We strive to change the way the world thinks about body image and help individuals feel confident and empowered in their own skin.

Glow is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting positive body image and self-esteem through media literacy and education. Our goal is to combat the negative effects that the media can have on body image and promote a healthy and inclusive definition of beauty.

We Deliver Exceptional Programs and Services to Empower Individuals and Communities

MEDIA LITERACY PROGRAM

Our media literacy program provides individuals with the tools to critically analyze media messages and develop a healthy and positive relationship with their bodies. Through workshops and educational materials, we aim to promote media literacy and help individuals navigate the often harmful messages in media.

BODY POSITIVITY CAMPAIGNS

Our body positivity campaigns aim to promote a more inclusive and diverse definition of beauty. We partner with influencers and media outlets to showcase a variety of body types and promote self-love and acceptance.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Our support groups provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals to share their experiences and connect with others who are going through similar struggles. We offer both in-person and virtual support groups to ensure access for all.
